Water damage jobs take priority over other jobs. Our goal is to reach the job site in one hour or less.

Most callers have homeowners or condo association insurance policies. For homeowners insurance, policy deductibles are typically either $250, $500, or $1000. Most, but not all water damage jobs exceed the deductible amount. Therefore, the out of pocket expense to customers is equal to their deductible.

4.)What is involved in the process?

The process is intended to restore the property to a pre-loss condition and consists of an inspection, extraction of water, removal of wet pad, disinfecting, dry out of wet materials, reinstallation of carpet with new pad, carpet cleaning and final clean up.

5) What causes mold to form?

Water intrusion that is left untreated is the usual reason that mold forms.

6) Can I safely remove mold myself?

Mold should be handled by a trained professional if it covers any significant area.

7) How is mold treated?

Mold is treated by utilizing industry standard procedures that allow for safe removal of contents and building materials using among others, the principles of containment, negative air, HEPA filtration, cleaning , and clearance testing.
