1.) What type of cleaning process do you use?
We use truck mounted steam cleaning, also known as hot water extraction. All major carpet mills recommend this method.
2.) How does this process compare to others?
It provides the most thorough cleaning available. In terms of removal of contaminants (i.e. pet stains, spilled foods, etc.) it is the only effective process
3.) How long will carpet take to dry?
Two to Eight hours depending on conditions. Twenty-four hours if house is closed up.

We have twenty-four hour emergency flood service available.

6.) Do you clean upholstery and tile (i.e. wool & synthetic)?
Yes. We clean throw rugs, couches, car interiors, tile, grout, etc.
